Tuulekaru OÜ was established in 2012 and is based on Estonian private capital. Its main activities are the management of procurement and building processes, designing and design audit, owner’s supervision and engineering services based on the terms of FIDIC contracts.

Our people have managed the removal of appr 180 million m³ of soil, set appr 80 million tons of crushed stone, built appr million m² cold in place recycling layers and set appr 648 000 tons of asphalt concrete and 8000 tons of concrete.  All those works have given us a huge amount of knowledge and experience, which form a strong foundation to the services and jobs we offer.
